These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Creative Air VA Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").

By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Creative Air VA Solutions provides virtual assistant sourcing, placement, onboarding, and ongoing support services.

We identify, vet, and match clients with virtual assistants based on their needs, and provide systems and support to help maintain effective working relationships.

2. Nature of Relationship

All virtual assistants are engaged as independent contractors through our agency.

While we provide oversight, onboarding, and support, assistants are not employees of the client. The client is responsible for directing tasks, priorities, and day-to-day work.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics.

Results depend on multiple factors including client direction, implementation, and business conditions.

4. Satisfaction & Replacement

We are committed to helping you find the right fit.

If an assistant is not suitable, we will continue to source and provide replacement candidates and support adjustments until a better fit is achieved.

This is part of our ongoing service and does not constitute a refund obligation.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments, including deposits and service fees, are non-refundable once services have begun.

Payments grant access to our sourcing, onboarding, management systems, and support infrastructure.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Scope of Responsibility

We provide structure, systems, and support to facilitate successful working relationships.

However, clients are responsible for:

  • Assigning tasks
  • Providing direction
  • Managing workflows
  • Reviewing output

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from unclear direction, mismanagement, or misuse of services.

7. Time Tracking & Communication

We provide time tracking, reporting, and communication systems to ensure transparency and accountability.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality standards across our team and require assistants to handle client information with strict discretion and professional responsibility.

While we take reasonable steps to protect sensitive information, we are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of revenue or business
  • actions or errors of independent assistants

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to:

  • non-payment
  • misuse of services
  • abusive or inappropriate conduct

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
